My goodness, Kessler with the 20/20/4/2 stat line! One of the many pleasant surprises of the Gobert/Mitchell trades. This kid can really play.

if you count the contracts and told me I could have either Kessler on his rookie deal or Gobert for his, I think I would rather have Kessler.

lebrons decline is worrisome... after 35/9/8 yesterday he only managed 48-8-9 today on 16-26 shooting with 0 turnovers. He was 5-10 from 3 and 10/11 from the line. He is now avg 30/8/7 on the season. Dudes washed

Who TF are you arguing with about LeBrons decline? Like not one person is talking about it but you. We get it, he's great.

could you imagine telling someone that Warriors, Twolves, and suns would be .500 or worse 44 games into the season? Without major injuries? or the kings being a 4 seed at this point.

this is a sidenote, but the Jazz really need to figure out what they are going to be doing this trade deadline. at 1 game under .500 and with somewhat valuable trading pieces in a year when so many teams aren't going to be selling they really should be sellers. Beasley, Olynyk, Conley, and Clarkson should all go to the best offer. Jazz have been rumored quite a bit for John Collins. I am guessing they want to try to revive his career in the same way they have Lauri.

just wanted to add that the biggest difference is that Collins has a pretty huge contract for what he is doing this year, but I am sure part of it is that he never gets the ball anymore with Murray and trae on his team. and how does a career 37.6 3pt shooter start shooting 23% this year on quite a few attempts at this point.

The issue is Ainge has a history of not taking the best offer and will continue to demand what he thinks should be offered.

I highly doubt that Clarkson leaves. He seems to like playing in Utah and IMO the FO loves all the "out of demographic" fans he brings to the table.

I'm souring on Collins. Big contract and I think he and Lauri fill the same areas of the court. Unless they are willing to basically give him away I don't know that I'd make a trade for him. And what would we even have to send out to get him?

Suns are beat up. They were fine before the injuries. GS has had injuries, they will be fine once healthy. Minnesota need to figure out Towns and Gobert but it’s hard when one if not both are healthy.

Collins is, to me, the stereotypical big who can put up numbers but also disappears far too often.

I don't think he's anything more than a quality starter. I don't think he will ever make an all-star team. I've always said if a player cannot do 3 things really well (score, rebound, defend, pass, shoot, lead), they shouldn't take up 20% of the cap.

LeBron HAS declined, but that's okay to anyone realistic. It does NOT mean he was never incredible, nor that he's somehow terrible now. But to imply that he hasn't declined is just delusional.

30/8/7 on 51/29/76... his 3 point pct is down but everything else is still the same old lebron.. He is literally keeping the lakers in the playoff hunt by himself and is having an insane stretch. 38/9/7 since he turned 38 which is the best in basketball by the way. He is playing like a top 5 player this season and playing like the best player in basketball since AD went down. If this is decline everyone else in the nba should be ashamed of themselves
