I know we signed Berrios but I always liked Mckenzie as a 4th WR and as a return man. He just got released by the Bills today.

doesn't mean MIA still can't add him if they wanted to. we need WR bodies. But I'd still prefer a reunion with Sherfield over any FA right now.
Punter Thomas Morstead just signed with the Jets. Seems like the team wanted to go in a different direction because he spoke highly of the team after the year.
Edit: they just announced the Jake Bailey signing. The AFC East loves passing players around.
I’d like it if there was more than one WR over 6 ft tall lol

Geiscki’s details just came out. One year, $4.5M. $2.4M signing bonus, $3.5M guaranteed. Another $4.5M in playing time and receiving yards incentives.
Remember how we were like “oh I wonder if we can get a 4th for him before the deadline?” I think the league recognized how limited his skillset was. No comp pick coming.

Dolphins Braxton Berrios one year, $3.5M, $3M gtd, $1.5M signing bonus, salary $1.5M (fully gtd), $29,412 per game active roster bonus up to $500K
Dolphins Nik Needham one year, $1.825M, $750K gtd, $152,500 signing bonus, salary $1.672M ($597K fully gtd)
Dolphins adding LB Malik Reed. Had 8 sacks in 2020 and 6 in 2021 under Fangio in Denver. Good depth. They’ll probably add another vet later in the summer.

Yeah assume Vic likes him, we need more pass rush so if he thinks he can use him then im good with it. He was ok under Vic.
for what it worth![]()
Jeff Wilson two years, $6M, $2.645M gtd, $1.565M signing bonus, salaries $1.08M (gtd), $2.645M; $15K per game active roster bonus annual, $1.1M rushing-receiving yards-club improvement incentive annual
Duke Riley two years, $6M, $2.25M gtd, $1.17M signing bonus, salaries $1.08M (gtd), $2.25M; $14,706 per game active roster bonus annual; up to $500K playtime incentive annual
Geron Christian one year, $1.08 million salary ($200,000 fully guaranteed)
Cowboys are trading for Texans WR Brandin Cooks. It’s a 5th this year and 6th next year. Cooks is more expensive but if this is all they got for him then Wilson at best is likely a 7th round pick. He may actually end up sticking for another year.
Being Sherfield hasn't been resigned it's possible. Hill, Waddle, Berrios, Cracraft, Wilson, Ezukanma, Sanders, Swain is who we have right now.
Sherfield was the best blocking WR we had last year so not getting him back would suck on that regard.
Although even if we end up releasing Wilson it's not the end of the world. He has a 8M cap hit and leaves 7M in dead money so we get slight savings.
