I made a comment to Steelers fans that if Peyton is worth that Tomlin is a 1st, 2nd, 5th easily.

Did he request a trade? I might be out of the loop in that situation but now that they have Sean Payton, I don’t know if they’d be willing to sell off their best young defensive player unless someone overpays for him

Some of them think we’d be lucky to get a 4th.

Peyton thought to be amazing and losing his HOF QB made him quit.
Tomlin thought by yinzers to be average and turned in a winner with his losing his HOF QB.

NO that's just me wishing. Denver lack draft picks after hiring Payton so I try to find creative ways to make it happen. The Eagles do need a corner next year

A 4th is crazy talk. I didn’t realize tomlin is still just 50 years old too.lol he’s got many years left of that’s what he wants to do. I think coaches are somewhat like players in that the younger they are the more valuable they are. A guy like tomlin that became a coach at a very young age but has so much experience is pretty valuable in my opinion. He might actually be worth more than Payton. He has a slightly better career record than Payton, doesn’t have any losing seasons unlike Payton (three or four 7-9 years).

I’d be willing to do maybe #10 and a 3rd or something but I bet Denver would want both 1sts, at that point I’d say no. I think the eagles need to replenish the DL and maybe grab an eventual replacement for lane but that could maybe wait one more year.

Is Duce Staley the new OC in Carolina with Frank Reich? If so good for him.

I also think Tomlin is the only active coach with a winning record when his backup plays. But according to this idiot fans Tomlin rode Bens coattails.

Team that wins 8+ games a year on defense doesn't need a QB to win. News at 11!

He is in play for OC, right now he is the Assistant HC, the Lions let him go so he can be closer to his mom who is having health problems.

    Duce is from SC.

your looking at 2 1sts minimum. he has 3 more years of control left on his rookie deal. honestly the Broncos likely would have to be blown away to trade him so probably 3.

I know this is semantic, but its a 1 and 2 for a 3 and payton. don't forget the 1st is pick 29 as well. Most Broncos fans are saying traded 9 games of Chubb and about a future 3rd/4th for him. Now is he worth that? who knows.

as for the money who even cares like at all? I don't think an owner worth 60 billion is going to be sweating 15 million for a coach. Especially since there is no cap or anything.

I think it's between him and Jim Bob Cooter. I feel like both will be HCs if they perform a couple years with us as OCs, but I don't really have a major preference between the two.
