If Passan says it, then it must be true.

I agree. If they lock down Senga. Rotation would be looking good

Sounds like a done deal if Passan is reporting it. I like it for 2 years. Dont know what the vesting option is but I am sure he has to finish with a certain amount of innings and if he finishes in the Cy Young discussion in 2024.

    Verlander to the Mets

Let’s ****ing go. He’s my favorite pitcher of all time and I preferred him (as a person at least) to deGrom.

    This is awesome.

If Trump can become president with no political background then I don't understand why I need a resumé

Be honest . He is not your favorite pitcher of all time . You just want to see Kate Upton at Citifield !!!

I would have to guess that Scherzer is very happy as well. It will be interesting to see how the two interact.

Notwithstanding Verlander's age, I would have to say the Mets are better off with Verlander than with Degrom, both from the health aspect and especially the long term commitment to Degrom.

I just get the feeling that the Mets now have to bulldog pitchers in their starting rotation.

Not bad. Though I’d rather T. Turner. Also, what if the Mets did what I said they should’ve done last off season and that was to trade deGrom. And I did say it last off season. Think of what we would have right now. Ugh kills me

I like it a lot. Trust him more than DeGrom
