I proposed a solution exactly as legitimate as yours was to expand healthcare coverage.

You did? Howso? I knew that was what you were going after when I first read your "proposal". Unfortunately, the AMA could handle healthcare better than the ADA would. They know how to operate hospitals. They know how to staff hosptitals, clinics, nursing homes.
Your "proposal" was laughable, as you provided no actual details as to how it was to work. I provided some details.
