    @Kinko

I recognize my posts in that grouping.

    I think I nailed it.

At his best, he was Cousins.
At his worst, he is the worst of Trubisky.

I should have thrown this in.......
ZW will make us wish we had seen Hackenburg.

Mims spoke out- he was inactive.
Moore spoke out- he was inactive.
Zach Wilson won't take accountability- he'll be inactive.

Gotta say, Saleh makes you own it.

I love that so much. To me the reason he can do that is because he does it. He takes the sword but not the credit.

There was another post of yours in there too.

I have a good feeling about this. ZW got called out by coaches and players but ZW also apologized and did the right thing by his team.

Saleh is adamant about him being the FQB and that he simply needs to get back to fundamentals.
He's been rightfully labeled spoiled. Spoiled kids always seek boundaries and will continue to act out until they have them. Maybe this is what he needed. He now has boundaries and his team and coaches can now call him out.
That to me sounds very promising.

I didn't want to quote anyone because it not about that. It's about how contentious it was regarding the QBs in that draft. These are just a very few.

I think people would look at this now and think Whoops. To many of the comments.

    Chillax
The smart guys think that Wilson, not Lawrence is THE generational talent in this draft
Fields, rightfully so, isn't even in the conversation.
In fact, word has it that SF likes Jones at number 3, not Fields.

If we get Wilson, we're going to get a special QB.

    -------

In other words, Wilson is good as long as you give him all day to throw the ball.
Wilson compares favorably with Kirk Cousins and Trubisky.
Maybe he'll be a somewhat better version of them, maybe not, but at #2 he has massive bust potential.

    ------

Person 1--I will take the one who is bigger, stronger, more athletic and tough as hell. Fields

Person 2 responding to 1 -I値l take the QB with more QB skill. That痴 Wilson.

Person 3 responding to 2-I'll take the QB that has more skill, accuracy and consistency, as well as being the better athlete. That's Fields.

Person 2 responding to 3-The NFL disagrees with you. We値l see who is right.

    -------

Jets are more than likely going to **** it up regardless

Next post-Yep. Safe to assume whichever we take will suck and the other will be good-great.

    The last two...ouch.

I will say, I miss Wiley6 posting He was really good
Oh, were any of those me? I知 totally ok admitting when I知 totally wrong

I値l admit, the very first hour I researched Sauce, I thought he壇 be a bust. However the deeper I got into it, he was a must have

I know the other quote and stand by it, but this one really stood out to me.

Here's the thing I think we want some Jets fans to understand....
Although we saw that ZWs flaws had a huge chance of carrying over in the pros (and they did), we take no delight in being right about this situation.

I think it's fair to say that you and I would have loved to had been proven wrong about ZWs performance as the starting QB for the Jets, because of what it could have meant for the franchise.

Looking forward, there's this (possibly add Aaron Rodgers to the group, if you think he has something left in the tank):

That 3rd name though, doubtful, but imagine that for a second.

He would not be.my 1st choice, but........
For 1 year, just to stick it to Belichek and New England, I'd consider it.

Garapollo and his being injury prone worries me, but he's a good game manager.
Rodgers would be great, IF he hasn't hit the age wall decline.
Mike White, we'll see, as he is given a live try out.
Derek Carr, he's erratic and streaky, but good at the same time, truly a talented question mark.

Tom is going home next year I think. He'll take some sweet heart deal because has 300 million dollars waiting for him when he becomes a tv analyst. They have a ton of weapons and a SB caliber defense.

Jimmy G is the guy who makes the most obvious sense because he is familiar with Saleh and the Jets are in a similar place to the 49ers. I could see Derek Carr as well but my money would be on the Jets getting Jimmy.

Ahem, do you remember a few years back when a certain mod, (not Metswon or Stunna) was extremely critical, overly so and condescending when I suggested that Carr was better and more talented than Darnold?

    I do
