Reynolds is either setting the world on fire or batting below .200. If that's what Dom turned out to be I'd disappointed because that's not a player one can rely upon if you're considering them long term beyond their 6 years of control. Reynolds's baserunning and defense are also not his strong suits either, which i'm hoping is not the case with Dom. Of course, all this is assuming Jasson isn't the next Jarrod Kelenic. If we still had Waldichuk, i would have said, Waldichuk, Wells, Cabrera and German/Schmidt. Quite frankly, I'm fine not giving up anyone. As far as value goes, I think everyone I mentioned has way more potentially than what Reynolds can provide. I trust that the current core of youngsters coming through our system are not the Eric Jagielo, Mason Williams and slade heathcott of the past.

#s 4,5,6 in your system. I think that is a fair haul. Add in Hicks and eat half his deal to give them an MLB ready player?

I don't know if this is the Yankees posturing to Judge saying, we are ready to move on or if it's a sign to Judge they want to get better.

I am losing my desire to see Judge in pinstripes after each hour that passes.

I get what some have said about him earning the right to do it. but at this point, the team needs to make moves and they need to know if you are in or out. I hope they act like they need to retool Get Reynolds, Beni and one of the top level IFs and call it a day.

Oh, please. Reynolds has a career triple slash of .281/.361/.481 and only hit under .200 one time, which was during the 60 game 2020 season.

    Try again.

not the yankee way to let homegrown big stars like judge to leave.. but if he does leave it will not surprise me in the least coming to the yankees or staying is no longer as attractive as it once was.. the mets are more attractive a team for free agents to come to then the yankees..

Really? He has a career slash of .281/.361/.481 OPS .842 OPS+127. In his rather short career he was sub .200 ONE time in a season (2020) when he played only 55 games in the 60 game season. He has a .990 Fld% in CF. He was a 2.9 WAR player last season and in four seasons has accrued a career WAR of 13.6. He is 27 yrs old.

And your point is? Judge led the MLB with a 10.6. Is Nimmo under discussion with the Yanks? Has he been rumored as a potential target? How old is he?

The Mets? Only if they're offering more money.

Saving that money for when Peraza and Volpe are established adding a star to them and solidifying a core that can compete for years.

If the Giants really did offer Judge 9/360 I’m probably out. He will absolutely mash and be the face of MLB for the next few years but that’s just a lot of money to pay on the back end.

I'm guessing it was more likely 10/$360MM. A ton of loot either way about it.

Judge will sign with the jays for 47million Cdn dollars per year for nine years. Do the calculation in Yankee dollars if your so inclined.
