The thing you gotta understand about this Cavs team is even if we have a bad shooting night, we still have an elite top 3 defense.

Fully healthy we'll be able to score with any team.

Yeah, KAT is skilled, and produces, but I just can't stand him usually. Cries and whines relentlessly, gets in his own head, and while he is a great player, he is also working back from apparently a pretty tough illness just prior to the season. He looks skinny, and has no legs under him yet.

I hate to panic at 2-2, but its how we looked the other night. You don't go down 30 at home against the Spurs if you claim you are going to contend. Needing time to gel or not, the effort level and focus has been terrible.

We need Pat Bev back haha
Pat Bev really turned the Lakers around.

The Warriors are trying to get by with a bunch of kids learning in a trial by fire. 2-2 is okay, if not ideal.

You guys only had your C game when it came to flopping tonight. Joel and James need to be more like Magikarp.

Some Sixers fans complain too much. Sometimes your team just isn't good enough to win. It happens to every team.

One side effect of your team hunting fouls is the refs are more likely to swallow their whistles.

man you can see why the Lakers liked THT enough to pick him over caruso, and why they decided to trade him for Beverly. his length, passing and scoring potential is all good, but man he really needs to learn he isn't steph curry.

I don't think Rudy Gay is bad or anything, but man I wish we could give his minutes to Fontecchio or to agbaji.

Everyone I have heard from Jazz camp is that Beasley is the best Jazz shooter, but man would it be nice if he showed it. I feel like he pressing or something cause his shot is not falling at all.

I can't tell if this is just bad basketball or these refs are calling fouls very tight

what a very ugly game for both of these teams. Both fouled way to much and both shot under 29% from 3. Jazz had to play Lauri at center when both vanderbilt and Olynyk fouled out and it showed defensively. Sexton left the game with an oblique injury. the Rockets young studs didn't have great games at all except for porter who did get 24, but took 22 shots with 5 to's. I think the Jazz defense got bailed out by the Rockets poor shooting from 3 as most were pretty good looks, but the same was true on the other side where the Jazz got a ton of good looks that just weren't going in.

man Lebron's passing is still amazing. its just too bad he is passing to the worst shooting team in the league and it might not be close.

Haven’t caught a Sixers game this year (so can’t be accused of that) but have gotten all Wiz and Hornets games and That’s a running theme right now. Wonder what the offseason emphasis was. The Wiz game the other night had no flow. Was like watching a backfiring car that couldn’t go over 25.

It’s especially bad when there’s one player who keeps falling down and forces his team to defend 4v5. Especially when said player is supposed to be a defensive anchor.

I really don't think anyone (Jazz F.O. included) though Lauri would be anywhere near this good. He seems to have gained some serious confidence in the international play. I personally had no idea he was that athletic and springy.

It's been pretty nice watching real team basketball. Not as much iso or trying to force things so someone. Just unfortunate that the Jazz are going to play themselves out of the top couple picks for sure.

Side note, Ben Simmons is such a ****ing joke. That Nets team is such a train wreck, gonna be an entertaining season with Kyrie already yelling at Simmons to shoot the ball🤣

he was smashed in the head twice tonight which was deemed a basketball play.... embiid has gotten 10 flagrents esp in toronto in the playoffs going for a block and touching someones head. Siak was elbowing people all night and pushing off... yes joel falls down but he isnt a dirty ***** like 90 percent of the raptors roster.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWLE...ab_channel=NBA

4 minutes and 3 seconds pascal 1 of 9 elbows to pushoff tonight never called

5 minutes 47 seconds maxey hit in the head deemed a basketball play

9 minutes 22 seconds yet another ****ing elbow pushoff this time on harden who isnt even doing anything and gets called for the foul

This doesnt even show the rest of the ******** siak push offs or the fast break from joel where he was smacked in the head that was deemed a basketball play. Your team is dirty as **** period

He was good early in Chicago then had the injuries as they asked him to be more of a post player. He's just not built for the bump and grind. I think he's a real liability defensively at the 3, but it allows him to play better to his skillset to be a perimeter player.
