Do you get a lifetime contract for winning the SB? I liked Doug but he deserved to be fired. His schemes were stale and everyone was constantly hurt under him. Getting fired may have been the best thing for his career too. I'll gladly take Sirianni over Doug at this point. Originally Posted by Mr.B

How so? I honestly think both sides wanted a change. Dougs offense was getting super repetitive and his super long practices were leading to a lot of injuries. Howie and Lurie wanted him to change some things but he refused, which is why they let him go. Originally Posted by Mamba42
