If the relationship is consensual as they have stated, I dont think this should be national news. It should be counseled/ dealt with in house. I get that its against policy with most employers, but coworkers date all the time. It really isnt a huge deal. There must be something in those "details" that changes this situation. shouldnt be anyones business tbh except him/his wife and the girl if he isnt showing any favoritism at work. Not a fan of work relationships or cheating or anything celtics but to suspend him at all let alone the year is moronic.
