Not as short as I would have liked it to be. Two BB was enough for me. I do agree this was the time to give him a shot, but he just flunked out.

Problem was they could not take him out after the 2nd walk even if they wanted to. Had to face 3 batters.

Agreed. I would give him 3 BBif he looked like he was getting close but he got worse with each pitch. Should have given him the hook after 2

does not matter how many games the yankees win this season 105 or 110 they will face a better team in houston who shut down the yankee offense in the 5 games we played them who could have easily won all 5 games against us..unless cashman does something major.. i am not getting my hopes high until i see the yanks beat houston in the playoffs.. so go talk about how many games above 500 we are ...we all know houston the better team as of right now then the yanks..

Just make sure you don't let facts get in the way of your delusions. Show some proof that Houston is better.

Last year 228 PAs- 88 Ks
This year 221 PAs- 87 Ks.

If he stays on pace, he will have 89 or 90 Ks in the same PAs. So his K rate will have increased!!!

Oh, that is correct; I had forgotten about that 3-batter minimum rule that came in last year. All I can say is that its a good thing they had that gigantic lead when they brought him in.
