Kevin Durant destinations if he leaves the Nets too

KD played by the rules. GS had room to sign him and he joined the team. Thatís how free agency is supposed to work. He didnít not manipulate or break rules to build that team. LeBronís Laker title is the cheapest. When AD wasnít traded to LA they both stopped playing until he was.

How many times does this **** need to be spoken about? KD leaves super talented teams to join the easiest way out in history. LeBron left a pile of **** to go lead his roster to rings, then went and won for his hometown, then moved to LA for his family and even won another one there for kicks.

LeBron had to do what he did to win. His team sucked. Durant didn't. And then he also had the audacity to leave the Greatest team in history, who by the way, just won another one without his ***.
If OKC was such a great team, why did they win a total of 3 playoff games in the following two years?

Playing a high level of basketball has its attractions. The better teams always tend to get the best free agents. And playing with high-level teammates while moving from Oklahoma City to Oakland/San Francisco while getting away from Westbrook would seem a no-brainer to most.

I love how people act like free agency was even a thing back in the day. Sure it happened now and then, but it was not common. Jordan stayed because they got him help. LeBron stayed and gave Cleveland 7 years to get anything resembling a competent NBA roster. They didn't. He left.

And yes, you get it. Durant's move was an unprecedented level of pansy. It wasn't just leaving in free agency. It was literally joining a super team already formed, proven, and winning chips. Even if we think LeBron thought he was going to a prime Wade/Bosh, the reality was, by year 2, Wade was no longer an elite contributor, and Bosh accepted the 3rd banana role as happily as a pig in ****.

If LeBron stayed in Cleveland, would they have eventually won? I don't think so.
Cleveland was tanking once LeBron left, so mentioning their meager win total doesnít mean a thing.

Okay but even so LeBron created his situation in LA and still won a title. Think of what the Lakers were before LeBron and AD got there. They were a young, rebuilding team with cap space until those 2 got there and LeBron won a title all be it in the Bubble but you get my point. KD creates his own situation with Kyrie in Brooklyn but do he have a ring to show for it in Brooklyn? No he do not. Period. And now he wants to force his way out. He's a quitter point blank period.

But letís get real. If Kyrie didnít land on Giannisís foot, Brooklyn beats the Bucks and more than likely wins the ship. And KDís performance against the Bucks was the stuff of legend.

This year was a clusterfóó, with Kyrieís ďstance,Ē Durantís hammy, and Hardenís/Sixersí arrangement leading to late season changes and the necessary over-reliance on small guards.

When, exactly, did LeBron win anything with ANY surrounding turmoil?

Miami, with Lebron and Bosh at 27 and Wade at 29, and a decent supporting cast, lost to the Mavs, so he called in Ray Allen and they went on to win two ships, with Allen literally saving their bacon in the second.

When they lost to the Spurs, he went back to a Cavs team to play with Kyrie and Love and a good supporting cast.
They beat the Warriors in 2016, but there was great support on that team and, truthfully, Steph made a hell of a lot lackadaisical passes/turnovers.

When he then went on to the Lakers, it was with full knowledge that AD would force his way to LA the following year. He won nothing in his first year at LA, though they a quite decent roster. He won a ship with AD, a good supporting cast and significant play from Rondo, Howard, and McGee.
The difference here is you have to make excuses for why LeBron won the title whereas you have to make excuses for why KD didnít.

Of course it does. LeBron was worth more wins individually than any player in history. He was the Cavs.

Kyrie and KD were both free agents. They came as a package and probably forced some roster moves before agreeing to sign. thatís low level Bron stuff.

Thatís your opinion, but then he should have been able to go to any half decent team and win easily. But he teamed with Wade and Bosh and still couldn't win a ship until convincing Ray to join them.

In any case, citing the Cavsí win total after he left is still meaningless, since it was largely a different cast and they were tanking.

    No excuses, just the facts.

They won before Ray came over because he was being lowballed by Ainge and was having issues with teammates.

And the only reason they were tanking is because their only player worth a damn left and they had no choice. Not like players were flocking to play in Cleveland with nobody worth anything on the team. Same nobodies that Gilbert surrounded Lebron with and expected him to stay.

How is Kawhi not seen as the worst of the lot? Say what you want about LeBron and KD but at least they actually play.

Unless you didn't know....Ainge is the king of fleecing most team he deals with. Like who in their right mind would trade an unprotected future 1st just to move up one spot to draft a bust? The same dum dum who creates a burner to trash his own players. Ainge would easily fleeced you too cause he has charisma and charmed to make you think you got the better end of the deal. I kinda wish he was our GM

Kawhi is pretty terrible. Folks definitely have mentioned it before. I know I have. He just gets a lot of props for getting what's probably the luckiest title in NBA history for a small market team.
