This team sucks in all areas of the game. What happened?

I hate to be the old man who yells at clouds, but this team is borderline unwatchable. The team is good. We probably make the playoffs and if the bats get warm there's a possibility of us making a deep run. But it's just hard to watch. The offense is so bad. No one puts the ball in play or gets on base. It's rough.

Also I am not sure how Narvaez is hitting at the clip he is..he seems to get jammed so often and rarely hit the ball hard/barrel it up. This team needs to get an on-base guy besides Yeli. He seems to actually be doing well in the leadoff spot. The offense has so many guys who are streaky. Renfroe is a good example. He goes on a power terror for 10 days and then stinks for 3 weeks. Urias has been bad and Hiura strikes out a crap ton. There just needs to be a MVP-Yeli type in the middle of the order or this team as constructed isn't a good offense.

Who do you think are some names to watch for this team at the deadline? A Drury from the Reds or a versatile guy lke that makes sense.
