Well nowhere in that article does it talk about Californians bringing their BS nor the locals hating their BS as the reason for their anger. They’re angry because things are becoming much more expensive because a bunch of wealthy Californians emigrated under their Golden visa program.

I think that there have been inequities that society (not white society, just society) have addressed and changes have been made. Can you say that the black subculture has made an effort to meet American society in the middle??? It doesn't seem like it has.

When you factor in the process one goes through buying property in a foreign country and getting any and all their stuff overseas, I would bet the cost balances out.

Additionally I don’t believe that $524K is the only price. It’s the starting point.
