Huh, they offered Verlander 25m, Astro matched it and thats where Verlander wanted to be. Hard to complain about them not getting Verlander when he was the only pitcher they tried to get.

Kinda hard to complain about any part of the rotation at this point anyways. All 5 have been very, very good and make up the best rotation in the AL

Agree. I wish the Yankees had him. That doesn't change any of Dayne's points though. Everything he said is still accurate.

Verlander's stats look as good as ever. Impressive after missing all of last season.

Surprisingly, Nestor averages 3 more K/9 than JV. JV has him ever so slightly beat in pretty much every other category though.
