The issue is that some school systems have decided to make a major push to dictate how our children are raised and who decides how and what the children get taught. When a school board or teacher blocks the parents from having the final say on whether children go through sex change procedures and instead can keep the parent in the dark about what gets decided as it pertains to their children, we have to support the parents in stopping this from happening.

As someone who got in trouble for wearing a BBQ festival tshirt to school one day because one of the sponsors of the event had their logo (Budweiser) on the shirt, I think that these school boards make entirely backwards decisions.

If the student wants to wear the shirt and it’s not hurting anyone, I don’t rightly give a ****. There shouldn’t be any promotion of the shirt or anything else by the school board. But I also don’t think someone wearing an Allah or satanist tshirt should get in trouble.

It wouldn't have been a problem if it was student-led, but it wasn't.

"The concerns about the warmups are not related to student speech as the team members did not initiate the discussion or purchase the shirts," the statement reads. "The role of the School Board is to implement our policies in an unbiased way. Staff-led activism is a topic our Board has been discussing throughout the year, including flags, posters, and clothing that show support for specific groups or issues. It is not permissible for school-issued, staff-sponsored apparel to promote specific causes, groups, or beliefs."

When I was in high school there was a girl that wore a t shirt that on the front said "Make 7" and on the back "up yours" and she got in trouble for it. its stupid what kids can get in trouble for wearing

1. Read what you wrote. It is nonsense.

2. Add to it, there are plenty of people — quite intelligent people even — who practice no religion.

3. To be honest, while I would prefer something more like “Work for Peace”, in general I have no problem with “Pray for Peace” for Ukraine (I do note, however, that there was precious little groundswell to pray for peace in, say, Syria). Hey, folks want to walk the streets wearing that slogan on their shirts, fine. In fact, all the more opportunity to scoff at them.
