    No way, someone can make a case about bringing him back for around 12MM but I'll be hesitant even at that point, he doesn't look sharp at all, even if his velocity is still good, the command issues are real, by 2023 he'll be 39, if he lose 1-2 MPH in his fastball, he's toast. I would rather take a chance with Elder or Muller at his spot. We would need to add a decent #4 though.
