After Cueto, Lambert and anyone else?
1985 Bears
2005 White Sox
2010 Blackhawks
1991 Bulls
1981 Sting
Yolbert Sanchez
3-7 with 4 BB 0 k’s. Picking up right where he left off in AA last year.
Down in Low A, Wilfred Veras is a 19 year old I’ve been keeping an eye on. Seems to walk a lot which is always a great sign with a young hitter.

Defense like that, to go with 5-11, 1 2B, 5/1 BB/K, .455/.667/.545/1.212
I hope Yolbert isn't part of any of these trade packages being discussed for Montas. I'm confident this guy is going to be better then Madrigal. At 25 years old, gotta wonder when he will get his shot.
Yolbert Alert:
1/2 1BB 1HBP 1R 1RBI
Yolbert doing Yolbert things!

Bryan Ramos, White Sox 9th ranked Spec is looking pretty good in High A. He had a solid year for Kannapolis at 19 years old last year. He looks like could be taking a big leap at 20 years old. Colas is also off to a helluva start to his US debut. I can see those 2 getting to AA for the last 3rd of the season, similar to Yolbert and Cespedes last year.
Another guy making some noise in Low A is James Beard. Dude has 10 SB's already. Hitting decent. Showing patience at the plate to get on base.
What's the book on Kohl Simas in Low A? He had 13 K's in his 1st start. 9 in his 2nd.
10 IP
22 K's
5 H's
3 BB's
3 ER's
That's a nice start. Last year in 13 Relief appearances:
21 IP
1.71 ERA
0.81 WHIP
25 K's
5 BB's
4 ER's
I can't find much about his skillset online. How hard does he throw, what pitches does he specialize in?
Yolbert Sanchez with another big game. 3-4 2 go ahead RBI's, up to .353. Can't help but think he could produce more offense then any 2B we have on our ML roster right now. He doesn't K. He Walks. He plays defense. He goes with the pitch on the majority of his hits. I hope he moves up fast.

Yolbert getting noticed. Up to AAA. Gotta imagine a move this early is because they want him ready later in the year. He’s been too good to ignore.
Colas and Ramos have been pretty exciting at their respective levels as well. Ramos will probably be on our top 5 specs when new ranks come out. Yolbert will be top 10.
deabears34- Thank you for the updates on Yolbert and Colas. I hope Colas moves up quickly as well. Sox could use a young left handed power hitter that has a strong arm for RF.
