Take away the one outburst they had against Colorado and the team averages ~2.41 runs a game. Needless to say the bats suck thus far. Pitching has done what they can but if the bats can barely fart out 2 runs a game you will lose more than you win.

This season has been a huge disappointment. On top of that, the draft is a lottery now and no matter how we finish you know the Detroit curse will make sure we don't draft top 3 ever.

as if things can't get any worse, Skubal, while pitching his *** off, took a liner to the leg at the end of the 5th in a 0-0 game
couldn't put much weight on it in the dugout
reliever in the 6th, still 0-0 at that point, gives up 4 runs on 8 pitches
Skubal was the last uninjured member of the Tigers’ original starting rotation when he limped off the field after pitching five scoreless innings in Detroit's 6-1 loss to the Guardians of Cleveland Friday night at Progressive Field.
