Gausman is playing for a team with post season expectations. .500 doesn’t cut it.

Not you obviously but most intelligent fans would rather have Robbie Ray, a strikeout pitcher better suited for the playoffs, Gausman has been outright lousy in the playoffs

i think the hitting is fine. its being in the bottom 10in pitching that is the problem. especially with Berrios and Gausman being so inconsistant

You should use stats other than W/L for a pitcher. You should also check out who has a better K% this year.

Do you remember, back when Gausman wasn't actually any good and Atlanta traded for him and you referred to him as a TORP? Cause I remember.

im no troll, I just expect more for 110M than a .500 pitcher whose track record says he sucks in the post season.The Blue Jays arent a sub .500 team and yet Gausman, despite that low era has a winning percentage below the rest of the team.

low era's get you nothing in the playoffs in case the rest of you werent aware. and at this rate you'll be 30 games behind by the end of the season.

but hey, enjoy your meaningless era trophy sure makes sitting at home in the post season better

But I’m trying to work out how a tubing incident could happen and I have no idea…

Like something with the rope would be absolutely the worst case scenario I suppose. Could also get knocked out and drown? I believe something like that is what happened to Ray emery.
