They made the team so much worse that they have the third best record in the AL and the 6th best in baseball....

Richard and Merryweather are not on the IL too .
Such a solid draft. This was the draft we sacrificed encarnacion for.

At some point where do you draw the line ? If the Blue jays can't do anything about him then Nate has to do some really hard thinking in terms of his future.....maybe he can convert into a position player instead ?
Soon they just have to throw him in the pen and let him eat himself.

Emperor Shapiro and Darth Atkins sure have done a great job. They took a team that was maxed out salary wise, had nothing in terms of prospects and a player development department that didnít even have a physical therapist and turned it into one of the best run franchises is all of baseball. This team is set up incredibly well for now and the future.

Nate had some bad luck with injuries but heís also had some legitimate ones too. Not sure if he can play any other positions but Iíd still be willing to try him in the pen. If he can get healthy that is.

Some solid asset management with those draft picks that fizzed out. Not too shabby for a FO that mismanages their assets according to some people.

They should blow it up now. Start by trading all the players under 25.

Which isn't saying much as they may still have a top 10 overall record. AL East is that tough! As long as Jays don't go in to a major slump, they will be primed to add more help to make the stretch run.

Anyways, Blue Jays talk with actual Jays fans.

Need some bullpen help quickly. I wonder if Cleveland would give up Gose.

We definitely badly need some BP help. And a high end reliever at that. I'd prefer seeing Garcia/Mayza/Phelps/Cimber in the 6th/7th inning spots. We need someone else on Romano's level that can actually strike guys out then bump everyone else down a bit in leverage.
