I always love the later byes but we have a really great chance to be 5-1 or 4-2 heading into the bye, even if Hurts is ***, we should be able to overcome those.

If eagles are better than they were last year which I absolutely think they are, there’s no game in that schedule I feel comfortable guaranteeing a loss.

I also like that we play MIN, PIT, GB, and TEN at home.

My "way too early" prediction is 11-6 at worst...That's if Hurts doesn't progress much.

Notable Additions: Jordan Davis, Nakobe Dean, Jurgens, AJ Brown, Grant Calcaterra (I think will be our #2 TE), Kyzir White, Hasaan Reddick, Zach Pascal...if we grab Bradberry that could be clutch.

Notable Subtractions: Nate Herbig, Steven Nelson, Rodney McLeod, Ryan Kerrigan, Brandon Brooks...Probably Reagor at some point.

This defense really has a chance to be something special...and if Hurts can take a large step or two forward, so does this offense tbh. Getting Bradberry would mean that we upgraded at almost all positions except Safety this offseason for the most part. Carson Strong will be QB3 behind Minshew, who might be able to snag us a 2nd day pick in the draft next year from a team that gets desperate due to injury. I feel like I've seen that somewhere before.... lol

I can see 11-6/12-5 this season from us. Honestly might start the year 5-0/4-1

GB, TEN, NFCE x1 are the only games where I’d be like, ok I can see a loss.

There’s literally no other game i think the Eagles should lose.

They finish with less than 12 wins with that schedule, failed season.

I don't think 11 wins would be a failed season, but I think some of the youth might be a factor at some point. Also, I think without secondary help, the Dallas games could be an obstacle. Arizona will not be an easy game either. GB and TEN could be losses. I always account for a struggle game against one of NYG and WSH. The Colts game will depend on how Matty Ice looks. The Vikings game is going to be dependent, again, on our secondary controlling Jefferson/Thielen and Dalvin Cook. I could see 6 losses in there, but I could also see us sweeping the NFC East and only losing to GB or even no one...I think 11-6 is a safe assumption.

I'm sorry...my heart is still tender between the poor start for the Phils, the moving on of Claude Giroux/Ertz, Flyers poor front office/asset management, and the Sixers early playoff exit. I've built a Philadelphia sports wall in my heart and it's up to the birds to knock it down a bit. I...I just don't know if I can trust them right now. It's not them, it's me...
