My guess is Kwesi Adofo-Mensah or Ryan Poles will be our GM. Hopefully the Chiefs lose this weekend so we don't have to wait around for him.

I like both of those candidates a lot and I think my preference would be Poles.

HC I was hopeful for Daboll, but don’t think thats happening. I like Ra, Ryans and Hackett in that order

Raheem has officially moved to the top of my coaching wish list, with Hackett second. A Poles/Raheem tandem would excite me.

The Ravens fired Don Martindale. Between him and Vic Fangio there are two pretty good candidates for DC whenever we hire a HC.

I'm from Maryland. The concern with Wink has been that he hasn't been able to "develop" pass rushers. His schemes and blitzes are top of the line, but if we hired Wink, having a top of the line defensive line coach I think would be very important.

Can anyone explain to me why Dan Quinn is so sought after? Maybe im bias because of the superbowl collapse and the subsequent year? There must be a reason every team wants him, im just not seeing it though
