    if an asterisk were to exist they should have one for evey player who went to the HOF prior to the segregation era.

    not allowing superior athletes to play the game is a far superior advantage than using steroids especially in baseball. This ain't track and field or football.

    As far as A-Rod only time will help and today's generation of voters seem to be more forgiving of PED use in general.

    But i would only be fair if Ortiz gets in that A-Rod does too.

    We truly don't know what % of players used in the PED era, i think there needs to be a separate section in the HOF for players from that ERA. How can u have a HOF when guys like Bonds, Clemens and many others aren't apart of it.
    Clemens has one very overarching issue that will forever prevent his entry into the HOF
