If Trump can become president with no political background then I don't understand why I need a resumé

He is talking about the one and only, pure trash: Ereck Flowers

That contract is likely to get pretty ugly pretty quickly.

This is great for Semien and his family, but he is not going to win in Texas and I don't see him finishing his contract their either.

Also that ballpark is huge, don't think he's going to put up close to the 45 home runs he hit with Toronto this past season.

Doubt it. If so, the Rangers would be absolutely thrilled.

Not sure one player ever did that.

If he’s Rangers Beltré, as Spliff said, they’d be thrilled.

Do Seager and Semien finish their contracts with the Rangers? Or are these signings like A-Rod all over again? A-Rod was freaking unbelievable with the Rangers, but those teams were terrible.

That wasn't Beltre's fault that Nelson Cruz couldn't catch a catchable fly ball to right field to clinch Game 6 in the 2011 world series. Faulty logic dude.

Semien probably does. I highly doubt Seager does. Does either of them have opt outs? I didn't check. If they do, expect Seager to definitely opt out at some point. If not, I still don't expect him to finish that 10 year deal with the Rangers.
