    Oliver Marmol

    Sounds like Marmol is going to get the nod.


    I don't like it, but he is a clubhouse guy. Players like him, and we will just have to see how it turns out.

    Yeah, seems like Marmol was going to get the job or get snagged by another club at some point.

    They said that for a long time about Oquendo too. The more I listen to him, the more I like him.


    I still think it has less to do with the manager, and more to do with the help they can put on the field. Without a SS that can hit, I don't think we can go far.

    I just don't think that's the way to win. If you want to win the MOST world series championships... be in it every single year. It doesn't matter if you're the best team or the worst team in the playoffs... any team can win a series.

    Well... that is true. Luckily, we had decent pitching this year. We were 12th in all of baseball in ERA. Not great, but certainly good enough to win.

    LA was 1st
    Houston was 7th
    Atlanta was 8th
    Boston was 15th


    Get there, and you have a chance.

    Waino has 1 year left. Flaherty canít stay healthy and I sure hope we donít bring Lester and Happ back..
