Houston hitting has been so elite that I can't imagine they're gonna be limited. Maybe Morton can but not Fried or Anderson.

Fried is pretty damn good though too. Without McCullers I think the starting pitching is fairly even.

I see this series going at least six, if not all the way to seven.

I used to hate the Braves during the Bobby Cox era. But now I'm rooting for them to beat the obnoxious Houston A**holes.

The Braves might honestly be the worst World Series team in my entire lifetime.

If Trump can become president with no political background then I don't understand why I need a resumé

Was rooting for the Astros after the Giants were eliminated. Rooting for them even more now.

All the dickriding after 2017 was annoying. I hope they get a ‘clean’ ring and shut everyone up.

What are you 4? The Royals and Giants were probably the 2 worst teams to make a world series that I can remember, and they did it in the same year.

Both teams have interesting stories getting here and what the end result would be able to tell should either side win. So in that regard I'd be fine with either winning. Force me to choose though, for Verlander's sake (and I know he hasn't pitched all year) I would like to see the team he is on get another ring, one that would be considered clean. So, go Astros.

Think that easily goes to the 2006 Cardinals who were 83-78. The only pitcher in the rotation worth a damn was Carpenter. Everyone else (Marquis, Reyes, Mulder, Weaver, Ponson) had ERA's ranging from 5.06-7.14. Suppan was the only other serviceable starter and he was pretty mediocre.

Harold Reynolds said the Braves will win. Dan Plesac said the Astros would. Either team could win and both would be deserving.
