Green and Caruso could probably get us a 1st as well. We don’t have a good team, but we have a lot of pieces that would help good teams. A lot of contenders that would move a late 1st or more while attaching a bad contract. If AKME was to prove to me they know what they are doing, blow it up, get bad contracts and loads of picks and young players. I’d rather watch guys like Terry lose then watch overpaid primadonnas lose

Yeah I agree. Wont happen though, AK is not gonna go that route. It’s always easier to blow it up when you’re coming in and trying to put your own stamp on the team. When your stamp turns out to be garbage, very few GMs have the balls (and management support) to nuke everything. We heard all off season about “continuity” I really hope AK isn’t that stupid and was just pitching the company line because clearly the ‘Dorfs don’t wanna pay the tax. I don’t think they’d sign off on a complete tear down either, unfortunately. Although, if Bulls aren’t even going to make the playoffs, it would be easier to convince them.

Like I said before, not all tear downs have to be miserable. Do it right and it might be enjoyable. I know the Jazz are enjoying their tear down.

I’d start with Lavine to the Kings.

    Lavine
    Green

    For

    Murray
    Mitchell
    Huerter
    Holmes
    1st

Next I’d try Caruso to the Warriors.

    Caruso

    For

    Jerome
    Kuminga

Next would be Vuc/Coby to the Mavs.

    Vuc
    Coby

    For

    Bertans
    Bullock
    2 1st’s

Finally I’d send Derozan /Dragic to the Heat.

    Derozan and Dragic

    For

    Duncan Robinson
    Oladipo
    Jovic
    2 1st’s

    PG Ball/Ayo/Terry
    SG Huerter/Mitchell/Dipo
    SF Pat/Robinson
    PF Murray/Kuminga/Jovic
    C Holmes/Drummond

Will we suck? Probably. Will we be more fun to watch? Probably. Will we have future assets to build around? Definitely with the 4 1st’s we bring back.

Wendell Carter and Lauri Markannen went ape **** tonight. Thank Heavens we got Vuc to ensure that Lavine would get the worst contract in the NBA!

I still can’t believe we didn’t draft Haliburton. Watching him lead Indiana right now pisses me off so bad.

If it makes you feel any better, He thought he was going to be a bull to until right before the draft started.

It makes me feel zero better. I was begging us to trade back. I also was begging us to trade Lauri to the Suns for their 1st that year. They ended up drafted Jalen Smith at 20. There are a lot of guys some of us wanted in here because of their efficiency in college that a lot of ppl hated. Mikal Bridges is getting better by the year. Elite D. Elite role player. Elite efficiency. Haliburton has star potential and is gonna be a top PG for a long time.
