Terrible decision on Doc not challenge the offense foul call.

All top 75 players ever are championship style players. They just different help to get there

Take Ben Simmons off last years Sixers and add Tatum or prime Melo what do you think happens?
In his defense, did he really ever have good enough PG for P&R?

Had he gotten traded to the Spurs for example, we likely look back at his career in a very different light.
The mistake was the Knicks blew up a strong foundation to get Melo. And then didn't have enough to surround him because they blew it up to get him...

Melo should have been the play maker. spending most of his time with his back to the basket wasn’t the way to play for Mike or with Amare. If when your most versatile talent sometimes you have to give to make things work

Davion Mitchell is ridiculous. His defense is actually better than I anticipated.

He DOES play hard, it's just that he only plays for Russ (and he's not the sharpest hammer in the drawer).

    NBA Opening Week Game Thread

The Lakers Locker room must be the most annoying place. Just a bunch of grumpy old ****s with a hundred million dollars, all pissed off after getting there *** kicked

oh he def plays hard but the notion that he plays hard adds value is just wrong... he is a team killer.
