Hard question:
Ahead of the of league trade deadline on 2 Nov at 4 PM EST would you trade any pieces from our O or D units to recoup some draft capital? It is a lost season anyway with the only upside Fields' development.
I would try:
1. To trade Arob for a 2nd
2. To trade Mack for a 2nd & 5th.
Thoughts?
I'd be surprised to see a white flag trade this early in the season. Bears have a good defense, and Justin fields is going to eventually start improving the offense even with Nagy/Lazor coaching.
Not sure if I would trade Mack. ARob, I'd consider it.

I have no clue if Nagy is calling plays or not, but I do think the on and off play calling will ultimately be his demise if it isn't already. For the foreseeable future, any time the offense does well Lazor is going to get credit and fi they struggle the blame is going to shift to Nagy and whether or not he's calling plays.
His credibility in Chicago really is over and I just don't see any way he's HC next year.

Nagy should be fined for being late to game adjustments
I would do the robinson trade probably. Not the mack trade. I think we need to keep the big 4 together on D and rebuild with draft picks around them. Mack...smith....johnson...and Jackson (and i get some are mad at jackson but he is locked in anyway)
I could surely understand wanting to keep robinson to try and help Fields though. I do think having him loose Robinson could hurt his development.
The truth is though. I don't expect a FO on the cusp of being fired being sellers. In fact. I would expect us to be buyers if anything. Which we also should not be.

I like Jaylon on the field, but good lord, posting that makes me think there isn’t much upstairs for him. Horrendously stupid.
