This is a blessing. Best case scenario moving forward.

We may end up replacing him with someone better, but 5 games into this season is definitely not the best case scenario.

well back to square 1. Get rid of Mayock too. His drafting has been atrocious. He has drafted nothing but bust. Start fresh. Might as well trade Carr now and hope to get back a 2nd. Carr was Gruden's guy and not Carr has no one to defend him.

Well, his past came back to bite him in the ***. I love the guy but itís to move on. The game has passed him by. The times have passed him by.

Not like we are going to win the SB this year anyways.

Right move by Mark Davis. Best business move he could make.

I guess. Not going to lie, Iím kinda bummed about this. For all of his faults I really liked him, and was really enjoying this nostalgia trip. Iím in my early 40s and very fondly remember watching his first stint as our coach. Iím sure some may be happy about this development (if not how and why it happened), but sad day in my household.

Hope jacobs was right when he said that the players have ownership of this team and I guess Iíll just hope against hope that somehow the team rallies together around this.

Even if the O-line is very weak, seems like we may have better veteran leadership than we did last time the locker room was torn apart.

Full team scrap again coming, another full rebuild as soon as we got relevant. Hey maybe Dennis Allen is looking to get back into HC

Image what this team would look like playing out this season with Gruden. Imagine this guy had total run of the franchise.

Wait till you see us play this year without him...

Who's the coveted QB in this year's draft when we land a top 3 draft pick?

If there was a time to blow it up. Is it now?
