**** happens. But everything currently points to overturning it.
They do? That has yet to be seen.

I have no idea where this "landslide" is coming from, either.

Only 19% of people think it should be illegal in all circumstances, 32% in all circumstances, and 48% in certain circumstances.

    Additionally, 49% would consider themselves pro-choice, vs 47% pro-life.

    https://news.gallup.com/poll/1576/abortion.aspx

Additionally, 47% think abortion is "morally acceptable."

    https://news.gallup.com/poll/350756/...cceptable.aspx

    What landslide?
    Put it to a vote.

Neither of us will be right til it's....ya know...put to a vote.

However, much like the landslide Hillary was to have based on polls, same will go pro-choice I believe.

Abortions should never be done in the 3rd trimester, as problems with maternal health should be determined prior to this time.
Nate, these are "needed" abortions. I answered my own question, as you are incapable of doing so.
And, by the way, Roe V. Wade is the law of the land. I see no reason to repeal it. Keep abortion safe and legal, but exceedingly rare.
Diabetics have kids all the time. It's not a medical need. Incest is choice. Rape is not. Removing a dead human during fetal development is not abortion. it's a miscarriage.

Brett, if we had a National vote to make abortion illegal, do you think the majority would vote to make it completely illegal?

Ah. There it is. That second to last word. That would never be how it would be put to a vote.

Every state should put it to a vote. Plain and simple. Would be the largest voter turnout in history

The only national vote really is amendments and presidents I believe. But I would make it an amendment.

The only reason Id be against a popular vote on abortion is because I dont think I could take all these conservatives whining about how the election was stolen when they lose.

What other rights are we going to be putting to national votes? Ones spelled out as protected such as the right to a gun? Or perhaps other rights that are just assumed? Maybe the right to drink coffee with sugar?

How about you don't put peoples' rights on the ballot for a vote.

Well, Texas has their first lawsuit.

    By Ann E. Marimow

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...007_story.html

A guy from Arkansas sued a doctor in Texas because someone else has an abortion. What a world.
