What something will be in the future is entirely irrelevant from a legal perspective. A child will eventually become an adult but we don't confer the rights achieved during adulthood to the child. We confer the rights afforded to a child during childhood. This is really simple.

That is why BTW that law enforcement does consider murder charges against crimes against the murder of an unborn baby when a woman is shot. I have to ask you, though, you seem to want your take on the death of a living being inside of the womb to be just peachy with you no matter what happens to it?
