Good, she's an idiot. Now maybe she can sit courtside at all of James Butler's games.

Well I'm not wrong. I know they had beef and ESPN canceled Nichols in favor of Taylor despite Taylor doing nothing and Nichols being a seasoned vet.

My bad for not keeping up with the latest beef of 2 ESPN people.

ESPN has been losing viewers ... best way to cut into that budget is getting rid of on-screen "talent".

There might be more going on here but if this is simply all stemming from the Maria Taylor nonsense, then I'm inclined to agree with you....especially since Nichols said nothing wrong. This is just ESPN mismanagement.

I have no problem with this at all. First off ESPN gave Rachel way way too much. She was best as a sideline reporter, sucked as a host, even worse at just moderating debate. The Jump was actually one of their lower rated mid-day afternoon shows. So itís likely better for them. The revamp of NFL Live to merge away from debate and more into the impacts of things has paid off big; and thatís what they say theyíre want to replicate for an NBA show.

ESPN needs a really big overhaul of their NBA talent in general to be honest. All their former players they have commentating are terrible. Bring VC into the studio. I know TMac canít come back but they need another one like him. Get Doris Burke to come by from time to time.

Basically get away from hot take factories and try to get some guys that will take risks with comments but base it in actual discussion points. The best part of NFL Live is they got the former starting quality player, the smart backup quality player, and the outsider analyst. If JJ doesnít play anymore, if I were ESPN I would base the show in NYC with JJ Redick, PJ Carlesimo/Vince Carter, and Doris Burke/Zach Lowe. Just get an unknown to host the show or even try it without a hose. But I would watch that show.

She implied that a coworker didn't earn a position and was simply given it because of the color of her skin.

That isn't something that is acceptable within a work environment lol

yeah, but it's one thing to say that in a meeting with your boss. It's another thing to be secretly recorded.
