Looks more and more like 85 games will win this division.

I think it's silly to look at it that way. The offense **** the bed all year, and the only reason we were in first at all was our starting pitching and defense. Then injuries left us needing our offense to win games, and that was never gonna happen.

I said the Cardinals sucked and that they wouldn’t get out of the first round because their management sucked.

They just won 15 in a row and are going to win the World Series, just to tell me to go **** myself.

If Trump can become president with no political background then I don't understand why I need a resumé

Wish the Mets could find the hitting equivalent of this dude. Pitching doesn't seem to be their problem as much as they are behind in terms of hitting analytics. I'm amazed at what the Giants are doing. They have no business being a 100 win team but they've built an offensive juggernaut. Zaidi is a magician.

If any team is a major candidate for regression its them though. You have so many guys who are playing above their heads. Guys who haven't been great since the Giants won their last WS and players that were in Korea or career journeymen killing it.

Most will not like him or want him in their team but the right answer is Barry Bonds. Look at the wonders he did with the Marlins just months after he coached them for 1 season in 2016 (Stanton had a career year in '17, Yellich in '17-'19, Realmuto in '16-'19, Ozuna in '16 and beyond, heck even Justin Bour had a career season in 2017).

Oh, he’d be a great fit in this town.

We all knew this team was dog **** even when they were in first place. This really does not shock me.

Imagine if we played in the NL West? We'd probably be sitting at like 62-100

Nah, I thought eventually that they would hit better.

Also did not think deGrom would get hurt and not pitch again this season.

The light the pen would regress as it has though.

We live in an era of baseball where players do what they're told by the front office and analytics guys. Those same front office people construct the roster. They tell the manager how to structure the lineup and basically how to manage in various in game situations.

So when you see dog **** results on the field, and it is coming from just about every player on your team, who do you think should shoulder the blame?

I think the outcome we are seeing from this team was going to happen no matter what.

We need a complete overhaul of this organization.
