Either that or teams knew at that point he was gonna end up in Miami, and were seeing him as a rental and Ujiri thought of him as still and All-Star key championship part that might resign. Who knows, but it was an overask at that point.

I think the Iggy TO has already been turned down. So there's not many routes for a DDR way to Miami at this point. Sean Marks brought up to not discount the NYK making a last ditch effort to sway Lowry and DDR by offering both of them $25mil AAV if they come as a duo.
If I'm Lowry I pick Miami over NYC for a multitude of reasons.

If Dwight re-signs with the Lakers yet again, I will laugh. Ge would join that rare Kevin Ollie/Avery Johnson club.

    Oh me too.

Although that idea of the Knicks is interesting.

    Lowry
    DDR
    Barrett
    Randle
    Mitchell

Looks like the framework of Ball to the Bulls is shaping up. Young and Sato. If you're the Pels you gotta ask the Bulls to move their guarantee dates back or find teams to off load em to.

Pels didn't clear all that cap just to have Young and Sato take up $25 million on their books.

The dream for me for the Warriors is still:

    TJ
    Batum
    Olynyk

All 3 may be priced out of the Warriors range. If they are all gone that becomes a much sadder list:

    Elfrid Payton/Raul Neto/Bonga
    Iguodala/Millsap/Solomon Hill
    Robin Lopez/Noel/Willy Hernangomez/Chriss

So the Bulls need to move salary to make it work?

UConn takes precedent over the Sixers.

If Sato and Young become guaranteed today then for sure, if not they would have to renounce some guys to give him an offer that wouldn't just be outright matched.

Batum seems the most likely target.

I like it. Ball is a good fit beside Lavine

I agree but Lowry and Demar are really close if they can team up with Randle in NY I can see the intrigue

Not sure why you are defending this as the Heat got a ****ing steal based on what was asked at the deadline.
I was just asking for clarification because you mentioned "rumored deals" as though that's what any of those teams offered to the Raptors, opposed to as you later stated Toronto asked for.

Thread of conversation was what Toronto was asking for. So again I assumed the line of conversation would be followed.
