Green. He'll probably put up the most stats.

Cade is too obvious so I will go with Green or Suggs.

I feel like green is the too obvious one.

he already received high praise in the g-league and is probably the closest thing to nba ready.

I mean most agree cade is far more likely to be the better player long term, but green isn't likely to put up big numbers right away

You never know where it will go, but Cade and Green will both seemingly have a ton of opportunity to contribute right away. Bigs are usually a bit slow to develop and Mobley is going to have guys like sexton who get shots up. Barnes has too many other guys mainly around him that he seems unlikely to put up huge numbers. Suggs has some competition at guard in Orlando that he may not immediately get crazy usage.

And beyond those guys, it's hard to see massive usage from anyone else really. Giddey is raw and SGA will dominate the ball playing a similar position. Kuminga is raw and won't get a ton of chances to put up numbers. And the next few guys are likely role guys. Bouknight went in a pretty bad spot with a bunch of other guards to dominate touches.

Cade feels the most likely. He'll be way more on ball than any of the other guys, which will contribute to his volume

Playing in march madness final four on national television to millions of fans prepare players better to succeed as rookies in the NBA than in the g league where they are in their own little world. That's why Davion is easily the most NBA ready of this entire class. I haven't read any articles stating Green as most NBA ready so naturally it would be from bias forum threads such as this.

Green may end back up in the g league before his rookie season ends.

I say my pick for Rookie of the Year will be Cade Cunningham of the Detroit Pistons. Why Cade is my pick? He is in the perfect situation at the perfect time in Detroit. The offense will basically be centered around him and Jerami Grant. But also Detroit bein such a young team already, his usage rate and his numbers will be up from Day 1.
