I'm fine with rotate it between guys for the final 50 something games.

Rotate, please. This team isn't going to win a lot. I don't want to see Manny Rodriguez lose opportunities to pitch and gain MLB experience over the next two months because the team feels like they have to save him for specific situations. Let him, Heuer, and maybe Rowan Wick when he comes back all get chances. But use them all in other situations, too.

Some of the position players we're going to be watching the rest of year outside are pretty much going to be battling for roster/bench spots for next season. Kinda like a long version of ST

    5 runs scored.

First thing I thought of when I heard he was going to the Yankees was that he has a real good chance to put up some big numbers in that stadium and increase his contract demands... and they arent even playing in Yankee Stadium.

Meh. I wish Javy all the best, but he is where he wants to be and I'm happy for him. When he was asked if he would re-sign with the Cubs given the opportunity he gave a real long "Ummmmmmmmmm" to begin his response.

Would love to see Rizzo back in a Cubs jersey next year though, and Bryant if possible but he's on the west coast and he's a west coast boy.
