Sounds like they are either trying to drive up Allenís value or pick 3 value.

You're probably right but given this is the team that starts two 6'1" guards because they won't bench one or trade one, I wouldn't put anything past them.

You hate the small guard pairing

Itís easily hatable when the players are similar and play no defense.

For real, and I looked, CJ didn't start for 100+ games (start of his 3rd year) into his NBA career. Sexland combined have only missed 14 starts (5 combined seasons).

Ik Cavs change head coaches like underwear but sheesh, slide one of the guys to the bench and let one run the 2nd unit.

On top of that is neither guy is even on CJs level and weíre seeing the impact of not putting the right team around them.

They haven't even scheduled a workout with Mobley, only Suggs, Green, and Cade.

The Cavs were a good defense the first third of the season (I think top 10). The team quit and fell apart. Itís not ideal but having two shorter really talented guards isnít near top of there list of problems

If this is the OKC offer, I wonder what it actually is. A true godfather offer for a ton of picks, including some unprotected OKC picks might be intriguing, but to me, there's very little the could offer that makes a ton of sense. The difference between 1 and 6 is just so wide. I still think you take your guy almost no matter what, but at least if OKC had a top 4 pick, you could argue the gap is narrow enough for some that a huge offer would do it. But for a team who hasn't had a true differencr maker in a long time, winning the lotto and walking away with something like kuminga and a bunch more picks that you have no idea where they'll be isn't all that exciting.

It was SGA and #6... Damn, if I'm the Pistons I probably do that. Ik SGA has to be paid but Cade isn't a sure thing.

If I'm the Pistons I definitely don't trade the #1 pick and especially to OKC...no way
