There’s been rumors around turner getting moved for a couple seasons so they are probably confident they can move him

Philly would probably ask for all of Turner, Lavert and Brodgon knowing Morey.

Money wont work unless they send green or curry though i think.

Simmons needs to come back and only play away games. Get that last playoff game out of peoples minds.

Doesn’t matter what he lost, so long as we understands he’s lost “it” .. that contract is ridiculous, he is a shell of his former self, and the 6ers really don’t have a need for him. For Cleveland to convince any team to take Love on they’ll need to attach picks. They know that, you know that as well as I. Hence why he is still on the team, because a rebuilding team needs their picks.

I like Sexton but why not build a package around him with out Love?

No one takes a salary dump for free.

I'd say no way most those deals happen, but a few in particular would be Dame and Lavine. Dame isn't being traded unless he asks out. If he hasn't asked out by now, no chance he asks out until the regular season starts. And even at that, it would take a few rough weeks sinto the season before theres a chance. And no way any picks for Dame are protected.

And the Bulls are excited about their team. They're gonna role with that squad. Lonzo and Simmons are different players, but they both play a similar role. So I dont see those two fitting together all that well. Then add in derozan, who isn't a floor spacer and that's a much worse fit.

Especially considering Derozans lack of range, having him and Simmons together would be a terrible fit.

man the decisions being made by the 76ers have to be super difficult. I think you have 4 options. #1 you think that Ben Simmons caves at some point and comes back to the team(5%). I think this is the least likely and honestly how receptive would the fans and players be in this option. Option #2 hold onto him until the offseason(20%) again a possibility, but you are wasting years for everyone else on the team. Option #3 trade him right now for the best offer you can get right now(30%). the offers could get better at the season goes along, but they might not. the best thing about this is that you get time for team chemistry and who knows the offers might get worse as the season goes along. Option #4 in 2 months to the trade deadline you trade him(45%). I think Morey just can't handle not winning a deal and hates that he is going to have to trade the superior player in 90% of the possible deals he can do for simmons. I think that he also can't stand that there is a good chance that he will only be able to trade him for 50 cents on the dollar.

basically if you wait till next offseason the deals will mostly be the best then, but your wasting Embiid's prime year for what just might amount to a couple more firsts.

David Aldridge mentioned Simmons would have no problem playing for the Kings. Take it for what it's worth. I believe the Kings said no to parting with Fox or Haliburton months ago.

They may change depending on which of their guards plays best early. It may completely change what trades they may make available.

That’s a good sign. Maybe the 6ers best course of action is try to make amends and keep Simmons
