    Chicago White Sox (43-29) @ Pittsburgh Pirates (25-45) | 6/22 & 6/23

Chicago White Sox (43-29) @ Pittsburgh Pirates (25-45)
    PNC Park - Pittsburgh, PA. | 6/22 & 6/23

    Tuesday June 22, 2021 @ 6:05pm CT on NBCSN
Lucas Giolito, RHP (5-5, 3.86 ERA) vs. Tyler Anderson, LHP (3-7, 4.89 ERA)

Chicago: Giolito has not found great Interleague success, posting a 4-7 record with a 5.49 ERA over 14 career starts vs. the National League. He is 1-0 against the Pirates, which just so happened to be the no hitter he threw in Chicago last season.
Pittsburgh: Anderson was hit hard for five runs in the first inning last time out in Washington. However, he gave the Pirates much needed length, going six innings while allowing only one more run to the Nats.

    Wednesday June 23, 2021 @ 11:35am CT on NBCSN
Dylan Cease, RHP (5-3, 3.99 ERA) vs. Chase De Jong, RHP (0-1, 4.26 ERA)

Chicago: The real interest Wednesday will be in Cease's hitting as he enters 3 for 3 at the plate in his career from an earlier performance this season in Cincinnati. Cease is 1-4 with a 4.55 ERA over six career Interleague starts.
Pittsburgh: It was unclear how long De Jong's stay in the Majors would be when the Prates selected his contract to start on May 30th. He says each start is a job audition, and he's passed the test so far, three of his four starts have seen two runs or fewer.

After a long stretch of games, we have 2 byes this week. Should replenish everyone for the rest of the 1st half.

Pit played well against the Indians IIRC last week. These won't be easy, but these are two games we should win.

Eloy, Robert, Eaton, Engel, BHam! That’s a pretty impressive feat to lose your top 5 OFers!

All teams hit this, but I also think with all our injuries this is closer to the team we are now than we are to the best team in baseball as our record indicated a week ago.

Just need to play .500 ball the remaining games for at leat a play in spot.

Young team, and with everyone healthy will compete for the next 4 to 5 years.

And the Stros are on a 10 game winning streak, and now with the Giants are the best teams. If the bats showed up in the Rodon start could stop them at 5.

Might lose another season thanks to the CBA in the offseason
