The First Amendment says the following: Christians can discriminate whomever they want and private corporations can not ban conservatives from their social media platforms for breaking rules.

At least that's what I've gathered over the years from the right-wingers on this site.

Other religious institutions should start enforcing Sharia Law. I bet they would love that.

I get that, but you wrote overloads, and I was unsure of which you meant.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”

Apparently, the City of Philadelphis was prohibiting a Catholic Foster Child Organization from exercising their religious beliefs.

That it was a 9-0 vote suggests that the decision was very limited in scope, focusing very minutely on the language of the case.

Does this mean that I can spread blood on people's doors indicating who should be killed and not?

Well, I sure don’t know about that, but I do know that ritual sacrificing of virgins is prohibited, even under the first amendment.

I don't know why. Why aren't my rights being protected?

Not me. Money is speech, corporations and churches are people. Anything a corporation or church wants to do with their money is protected speech (when convenient). Once you get there I think everything is protected speech.

I've sacrificed virgins without breaking the law in my life. Admittedly it's been quite a while so those laws may have changed.

Don't take this response from me.

Find someone close to you, (mom/dad, best friend, wife, whatever) show them your response and ask them if they think you are nutso.
