Ofc I don't want our pitchers getting hit, but I hate seeing Tatis Jr. K, I feel like it's good for the game for him succeed. He's looked pretty bad against the Mets pitching the last few series

He's doing great this year. I wouldn't worry.

    I am the game.

We were talking about how Lindor usually swings at the first pitch and pops it up, not today though.

I think Dom may have suffered most from the firing of Chili Davis.

That's 2 throws from Guillorme that Pete hasn't picked, who's that on?

Despite what everyone in Mets fandom wants to believe, Pete is not good at receiving throws. If you short hop or throw a long hop, cross your fingers.

If there’s time for the infielder to make an accurate throw, the ball shouldn’t be short. If there’s no time, and the fielder has to put mustard on it, he’s gonna aim low as to not airmail it.

Dom is much more adept at receiving short throws, in my estimation. But I also don’t have Pete colored glasses on at all times.

Pete reminds me a little of Dan Murphy at 1B. Not super consistent, but can make the slick play from time to time.

I don't know who would disagree with Dom being the better 1B.
