In all honesty, I would put Green on the bench, as he did better on Huerter. Start Thybulle. Yes you lose some spacing, but Thybulle was a monster on Young and really getting under Young's skin. And then on the other end, Thybulle actually moves a ton; so this forces Young to have to exert energy on that side of the court.

I think our biggest problem was we didn't make Young work enough on defense. Green just stood in the corner, and Trae literally just stood there refreshing himself. Then when they doubled Embiid, Young just split coverage, sat there when the ball rotated, and let the drive go knowing the rotation help was coming. Now that's good coaching by McMillan to make it easy on Young by doing that, but movement off ball will change that so fast.

Random factoid of the playoffs right now:

The shortest championship drought in the playoffs is the Sixers....last won in 1983.

I think his in game adjustments were slow by hopefully game to game he is better. I mean he is a vet coach so he should be able to take this series 4-1, in theory.

You shouldn't. Look at the Clippers from the CP3/BG seasons thru last year w Kawhi/PG. Doc doesn't make adjustments, which is a large reason why the Clippers under achieved every year he was head coach.

This is cool. I'm 32 and someone I've never seen win it all, will win it all this year.

Wow that’s awesome. I’m rooting for the Hawks this series but will switch to your boys if they advance. I really think Joel will have a Dirk like run to the title at some point if he doesn’t wind up on a super team

You have 37+ year olds who’ve never seen their team win a championship. It’ll be cool for one fan base seeing that.

76ers got smacked in the mouth in the first period of game 1. Can't let the Hawks have the same success of a fast start. Game 2 is a ' must win' IMO.
