I wonder how uncomfortable things were with Toni and Pippen. There were a lot stories about Scottie and MJ not liking the attention or money Tony got to come over. Toni never lived up to the hype he had coming in but was still a great ball handler and passer at 6í10. They had two point forwards types which was very interesting for the time

I know they abused him in the 92 Olympics strictly to send a message to a Jerry Krause, donít think it was anything personal to Toni. Not sure how long though anything from that lingered on one Bulls

Toni was a pretty good player. I think people forget all the Euro Magic hype he came in with. He also seems to be almost totally forgotten in Bulls lore.

Are you guys really using Toni Kukoc and Horace Grant to indicate the bulls had a super team? 11/4/3, 11/8/2, yeah those guys were some superstars. Did someone also throw in Kerr? lol

No one said they're superstars but when you win 55 games without the GOAT, you're 100 percent a super team.

It's not even a remote possibly they weren't.

The league was NOT the same then as it is now. So yes, Kukoc, Harper, Armstrong, Grant, Kerr are all very very strong supporting players.

Don't point out how many ppg they had...that isn't relevant lol.

It's all relative to the era. In that era, they were a super team.

Not remotely comparable. Different eras. And werr they missing the GOAT when they won that many games.

The Bulls were absolutely stacked and had the best coach of all time.

It's relative to the era. They matter only in that sense.

I love this "It's not even remotely possible" BS.

The 94 Bulls were a good team yes, and add the GOAT and they are obviously 3-peat champions. They also 100% out performed expectations that year. Their SRS rating though was actually lower than multiple teams in the EC such as the Cavs and Pacers who were only 47-win teams. You putting them on this pedestal is just embarrassing.

Both 3-peat teams were super teams because they won 3 in a row and broke the record for wins in a season. So in that perspective they are a superteam because they are one of the best teams ever. However, they differ from the super teams of today in the LBJ era. They weren't out their acquiring all-stars via FA or acquiring All-Stars who forced their teams hand to trade them to the Bulls.

The only team similar in this era is the Pre-KD warriors. Other than that it's very rare to see a superteam formed simply by drafting and developing. I'd even add the 2014 Spurs to that mix.

    Rodman...

MJ/Pippen/Rodman were a big 3. Any one who doesn't think so doesn't know Rodman's game as an all time great rebounder and defender. One of the best to ever do it.
