    Kelenic

Anybody notice the kid’s opening night? Hey… but we have Diaz and the druggie, over the hill second baseman. Last night will be the first night of literally thousands of nights of regrets. Thanks, Brodie.

He went 0-4 his first game.

Yes he went 3-4 with a homer his second.

I said this in the other thread: the fact that Cano's suspension is a positive outcome tells you all you need to know about the trade. We already lost. The question now is how badly.

Brodie will never get a FO job again because of this trade. Literally made zero sense at the time and even worse now

This trade is going to make the Jay Buhner trade look like a steal for the Yankees.

To be frank it already does. Every time Kelenic does something good it will be that much worse.

A pox on the phony GM of Mets-land.

    Mets won the trade.

Post him going 5-5 tomorrow so I can say that they lost it.

If Trump can become president with no political background then I don't understand why I need a resumé

Lmao yeah I am not going to dod a game by game recap of him.

He is no longer part of this organization might as well get used to it.

Do we really need a Kelenic thread? Really... Whatever happens happens. He could still not pan out and Diaz can still get the final out in the WS, making anything that happens with Kelenic totally worth it.

Yeah, I still don’t really care that he’s gone. Like I said, every organization makes bad move and I can think of half a dozen trades that were worse.

He’d be nice to have on the team but so would a lot of guys, from Wheeler to Murphy, to Fulmer, to Blake Taylor to Flexen to whoever else I can’t think of but **** happens.

As long as Diaz keeps performing, everything’s fine. ****, I wouldn’t put it past Cano to come back and start raking.

The damage is done. Let's not wallow...

You see the White Sox wallowing in Fernando Tatis Jr success?

Wheeler... Kelenic... Blake Taylor... Chris Flexen. All guys that Brodie gave up on

I do agree and hope Kelenic does well. That being said, I think a lot of GM's and us here would never have made that trade.

Maybe Kelenic and 1 or 2 others for Diaz and no Cano would have made more sense.
