I think, at this point to some extent at least, it's not about religion, it's about governments and politics. Religion is the excuse they use to justify their behavior. To me this is the obvious outcome to the forming of Israel in the beginning. You put a people in a small space and protect them and help them flourish of course they are going to grow and want more space. It's a broken situation, and peace is essentially impossible because of the history of conflict has made it so each side "has to win".

I wouldn't want to live in one terrorist state (Israel) that attacks and gets attacked all the time by another terrorist state (Hamas).

    My point exactly.

Regardless (irregardless for those in NJ) of which side is to blame the fact is it is a dangerous place and will never change.

    I'd move.

Yep and because it’s been going on so long is exactly why it won’t change. You can’t point to anyone who started the fighting. That person has been dead for hundreds and hundreds of years. No one alive today knew anyone who knew anyone who knew anyone who knew who started the fighting. That means one side has to unilaterally decide to stop and the other side will just attack. So they can’t. Both sides have to be forced to stop.

Sort of like race relations in the US between the po-po and minorities. Each side needs to make changes to temoer the hostility.

Man, you are weak not to be able to answer a simple question. Clue, Isreal is an apartheid state.
There are three kinds of men. The one that learns by reading. The few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence for themselves.

Well, no, not really at all.

'The fact that you consider something so simple a "genius solution" reflects negatively on your thought process.

If I lived in an area that was dangerous, and has been so for like forever, I think I'd move.

If I had to go to bed each night making sure my gas mask was readily available, I'd move.

If I had yo worry about where my air raid shelter is, I'd move.

If I had to worry about home made rockets falling into my 'hood, I'd move.

    But that's just me.

It will never get better in the Middle East.

Same thing goes for all the people who walk through Mexico and end up at our boarder. Living in cocaine dominated areas is dangerous, and we Americans are a big factor in why cocaine is so lucrative.
