Looks like the Oakland A's might be moving

Unless Oakland budges on a new stadium, which probably will happen now. Although the trend has been to move away from publicly funded stadiums so perhaps they don't. I doubt Oakland wants to lose the A's after losing the Raiders though.

Vegas seems like an obvious destination. Maybe Nashville.

Meh San Francisco and Oakland is not a huge distance. Its like the Giants and Jets playing in East Rutherford New Jersey.

Moving to a new state is an entirely different beast.

I don't think the people of Oakland feel the same way.

Step 1, A's move to LV.
Step 2, Rays move to Montreal
Step 3, Expansion of two new teams. One in each league eliminating the need for interleague play. This would be Portland and Monterrey for the ALW and NLW
Step 4, Expand into New Orleans and Nashville for the ALC and NLC. At the same time expand into Charlotte for the NLE and Indianapolis for the ALC. Move Cleveland to the ALE

6 is a bit much. I could see 2, and change the divisions to west and east with north and south divisions.
Not sure Portland is a good choice for a new team, though. They have not supported baseball very well.
