Remember what I said the other day. Take him out and you'd leave him in. Never fails. Its become a daily thing.

Hmmm I dunno. I get what you and JGP mean that itís the grind it out games or the low scoring pitchers duels or the BP take over games or the situational hit games that are great for building character and pay off in October But.........if the Yanks put up a 10 burger by the third inning in a playoff game im more than ok with that. I would be absolutely ok if the Yankees set a MLB record for most runs scored in a World Series VICTORY and we are all popping bottles celebrating #28 this fall.

    Random thought:

Frazier should be sent down to the alternate site to work on his hitting; he's all over the place and could use time to work things out. Let Miggy and Wade man LF for a few weeks. Not sure he has an option though ..

Not really sure now is the time.

Hicks is hurt now, wrist injury and headed for an MRI.

I don't think he's a bust. I think he just needs the right motivation to pick himself up & play harder.

No surprise there with Hicks. He gets hurt walking to the batter box.

Lineup should be ok but the focus tonight should be on Taillon.

Yeah, I saw that. Depending on the severity, Gardy can play CF with Miggy / Wade holding down LF if it's a couple week thing. You who'd be useful right now? The Sockman ....

I mean, sure but the one thing the team has is solid line up depth, the other is it has is no real back-up at short.

Also, the vaccine isn't 100%, you CAN still get Covid, it just won't be as severe, so not much hmmm actually.
