Whatís next for the Blueshirts, now that Drury is running the show?

If Iím Drury, Iím going after a veteran coach if not 2. Go out and sign Claude Julien, Gerald Gallant and keep Jacques Martin and Benoit Allure.

Gallant has 270-216 record as a HC, 3 play-off appearances
    Julien has a 667-455 record as a HC, 10 play-off appearances, 1 Stanley cup
Martin has a 613-481 record as a HC, 12 play-off appearances, 2 Stanley Cups as an asst. coach

First move of the Drury era was to sign Ryan Lindgren to a 3 yrs/9 million dollar extension. It will take Lindgren to the age of 26.

2nd move of the Drury era was replacing Leetch who ďresignedĒ from his adviser role with the hockey operations department. Mike Grier will now take that role. Grier has played over 1,000 NHL games. He is/was an Assistant Coach for the Devils. And his father was a GM of the Patriots, his brother is the GM for the Miami Dolphins. Drury & Grier played together at BU and with the Buffalo Sabres.
